Shipping charges are based on shipping method and variables such as, weight, qty, destination, etc.

Please contact us with the products you interest and shipping address to get shipping quote.

For USA we need full shipping address, for Canada we only need the postal code to get shipping quote.


Where do I pick up?
 

Order can be pick up within 24hr at distribution centre locate at 80 Jutland Road loading dock#4, Etobicoke ON M8Z 2H1

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Closed on weekend and Statutory holiday)


When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
 

Shipping charges are based on shipping method and variables such as, weight, qty, destination, etc.

We will process your order shortly after we receive it and find the lowest shipping cost on your order. Your order usually ships the next business day, after we receive full payment.
You will receive a tracking # when the order is shipped.

Please note all shipment will be curb side delivery, the driver will unload from the truck and put the shipment at the curb.

It is your responsibility to inspect the product upon delivery before signing proof of delivery from driver. If there is visible damage on the shipment, please refuse the shipment or write "damage" note on the paper/machine that driver ask you to sign.

All items must be inspected upon delivery before signing the anything from the driver.

If the delivery is missed, delivery will be rescheduled for an additional fee.

What is the return policy?
 

Return Policy

ModernBathPlus offers a 30 day return policy on its items from the date they are received. If you are not satisfied with your purchase ModernBathPlus will accept returns, as long as the items in question are unused, have not been installed, and are still in their original packaging.

In order to open a return ticket please email [email protected] with your receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return shipping costs and tracking of products is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason your item(s) returned damaged or used, we have the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.

Return shipping may be arranged by the customer, or by us. If you wish to proceed with our return shipping carrier, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damaged, defective, and missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt in order to make a claim with the manufacturer.

Shipping
All products must be inspected upon delivery or pick up. Damaged or missing products need to be reported immediately with pictures.

Consignees need to inspect the product upon delivery before signing anything from the driver. If the order is damaged by just looking at the pallet, please REFUSE the order and write damaged/refused on Proof of Delivery receipt if needed.

  • If the package is in good condition but the product is damaged, please write damaged on the Proof of Delivery receipt
  • If the consignee is unable to inspect the product upon delivery, please write “pending further inspection”. Consignees still need to inspect the product within 24 hours upon delivery and report any damages or defects.
  • All damage/defects need to be reported immediately with pictures. Items reported damaged not noted on the Proof of Delivery will not be considered for re-shipment.
